What if your sex organ was able to make a phone call to your spouse, would you answer? Well of course you would if you’re trying to conceive; chances are likely that it is the perfect moment of conception.
The conversation should start off a bit like this “hello can I speak to (pet name of your sex organ here),” and the response should be “this is he/she.” So, people, when sex calls you had better answer.
This was just a little humor/F.Y.I. for your hump day.
The recommended book of today is, Take Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler.
Description: This comprehensive book explains in lucid, assured terms how to practice the fertility awareness method (FAM), a natural, scientifically proven but little-known form of birth control (which is not to be confused with the woefully ineffective "rhythm" method). Author Toni Weschler has been teaching fertility awareness for almost 20 years, and it's only just now gaining in popularity. As the book explains, by using simple fertility signs including peaks in morning body temperature and changes in cervical position and cervical mucus, it's possible to determine when ovulation is taking place. Fertility awareness is therefore useful for not only couples who are trying to conceive, but for those who are aiming to avoid pregnancy without the use of chemical contraceptives.

Mutiple Births
I woke up today thinking about the outcome of my tubal reversal. This journey is indeed an emotional roller coaster.
Here's the new myth of today. Eating yams/sweet potatoes while trying to conceive, will cause you to have multiple births. So, if you're desiring twins, try your favorite recipes using sweet potatoes.

BUN IN THE OVEN
As a young adult trying to conceive, I followed a student that quote, “take Geritol vitamins daily for about a month and you’re sure to get pregnant, there’s a baby in every bottle.” Well, I’m not sure if it was the Geritols but after three weeks, a missed period and a lot of love making, a bun was in the oven.
I’m over the age of 35 and I’m trying to conceive again. This time I’m happily married and my tubes are tied. So, I’ve decided to track the journey of my next pregnancy and gain knowledge from other women that's on the same band wagon as myself.
During this journey, I will undergo a tubal reversal. You might be asking yourself whose the reproductive surgeon hired for the job. I call him the great Gary S. Berger, M.D.
Sit back and enjoy the ride!
